Seminar on "Planning for the Third Life and Re-employment"

On November 19, the seminar "Planning for the Third Life and Re-employment" was successfully held at the Administration Building of National Chung Cheng University, receiving an enthusiastic response from attendees.

The event was jointly organized by Director Chen Mei-man of the Center for Transdisciplinary Innovation on Aging and the Office of Personnel. Vice President Prof. Chan, Sheng-Ju (Director of the Center) delivered the opening remarks, setting the stage for a session filled with depth and inspiration.

Following the opening, Prof. Ma Tsai-Chuan from the Department of Labor Relations provided an in-depth analysis of the current state of Taiwan’s aging society. His insights helped participants better understand the trends of aging and their impact on employment and the economy.

The session concluded with a presentation by Ms. Chen Ching-Yu, a Specialist from the Chiayi Silver Talent Service Center. She introduced the center’s operations to the faculty and staff in attendance, providing practical information and resources, which garnered highly positive feedback.
